Option 1: Full Service – The unit would receive all the CMS services provided by the AgriLife Communications Web group.

The unit would use on of the five approved WordPress Themes.
Option 2: Hosting Only – AgriLife Communications provides hosting only. The unit will have access to a server management portal and SFTP access.
Responsibility for the following would become the responsibility of the unit:
- Support issues
- Theme maintenance
- Ensuring theme compliance to TAMU, TAMUS policies
- Ensuring theme accessibility compliance to Section 508 and TAC 206
Units without in-house technical staff will need to enter into a maintenance agreement with developers used in order to maintain the developed code base. AgriLife Communications will not maintain custom code written by third-party developers or a unit’s in-house technical staff. Units will be reverted to an approved theme or have plugins disabled if security issues or accessibility law violations occur.
