Biography
Emily Wall joined Texas A&M Forest Service in 2010 as a Business Associate for the Fire Department Assistance Programs. In 2017 she was promoted to Program Leader to manage the Rural Volunteer Fire Department Assistance Program, Rural Volunteer Fire Department Insurance Program, and the TIFMAS Grant Assistance Program. Her successful management of these multi-million-dollar grant programs helped build the capacity of local fire departments to effectively save lives and property. In 2020, Emily was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for the Forest Resource Protection Division. She is responsible for strategic planning, multi-divisional program oversight and serves as the agency’s legislative point of contact.
