Shawn Kelso is the IT Manager III for AgriLife’s TechBuy Service Center, where he leads IT procurement strategy, vendor relations, inventory operations, and surplus asset management. He holds a B.S. in Agribusiness from Texas A&M and certifications in PMP and PMI-ACP. With over 20 years of experience, Shawn is known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across technology and infrastructure.
