Biography

My AgriLife journey began in 2005 as an Extension Assistant tasked with converting a printed USDA’s Food Pyramid training curriculum to an e-learning format. 2007 provided the opportunity to develop and manage AgriLife’s first dedicated agency-wide service desk (FirstCall). I served in that role for 13 years. 2022 pushed me out of my comfort zone into a new role – Manager, IT Training & Development – developing an instructor-led training program focused on IT services and tools.
