Biography

Dr. Rebecca Creasy Buckley is an Instructional Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Texas A&M University. Since joining the faculty in 2015, she has developed inclusive and engaging learning environments using peer-based learning, project-based instruction, and experiential methods. Her teaching promotes critical thinking and supports students’ academic and professional growth in food science.
