Throughout the program, these individuals will engage in workshops, seminars and practical exercises designed to develop their leadership skills. They will also gain knowledge of AgriLife’s departments, programs and institutes and engage in networking with industry leaders and peers. We are confident that they will emerge from LEAD AgriLife equipped with valuable insights and strategies to lead effectively within our dynamic environment and beyond.
