Colleagues,
As you may know, the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, or the 2018 Farm Bill, expires on Sept. 30, 2023. This bill includes programs of great importance to Texas A&M AgriLife. These programs include farm and conservation policy, nutrition assistance, and agricultural and nutrition research, and many Texas A&M AgriLife employees directly interact with Farm Bill programs.
My leadership philosophy is for our endeavors to be built from the ground up, based on input from you. As our Texas A&M AgriLife Federal Relations team prepares to advocate for changes in the next Farm Bill, it is incredibly important to me that they hear from people directly impacted by potential changes to the bill. To help the team do that, a link to a five-question online survey follows.
Although you can respond anonymously, I encourage you to include your contact information so that the Federal Relations team can follow up if they have questions.
Please take the online Farm Bill survey by Nov. 21, 2022.
Thank you!
