Unit Leaders,
You may have seen the forwarded memo adjusting the university’s phased approach to returning employees to work on campus following the holiday break. In light of the expected surge of COVID-19 cases, the university has lowered the maximum percentage of employees working in any given location on any given day from 75% to 50%.
All Bryan-College Station campus units should follow the updated university guidance. All off-campus units should continue to follow previous AgriLife guidance of a maximum of 75% of employees in any given physical location. As previously communicated, these percentages are not targets that must be achieved. Employees who can effectively work remotely can continue their current alternate work location status. Please also continue to monitor and follow guidance provided by local health authorities.
Thank you for your continued diligence in adapting to the challenges posed by COVID-19 and for communicating adjustments to operational guidance with your units in a timely manner.
Thank you,

Patrick J. Stover, Ph.D.
