Texas A&M AgriLife Community Members,
I am pleased to announce that Texas A&M AgriLife is embarking on two new projects: a strategic planning initiative for AgriLife and an organizational review for the Digital Education professional service unit. MGT Consulting Group, in partnership with Martin+Crumpton Group, will assist us in these efforts.
The strategic planning process will create synergy and a cohesive vision for AgriLife agencies, institutes, units and departments. We strive to develop a clear, inclusive direction for AgriLife and processes to elevate our work. Your insight and feedback are critical to the success of this endeavor.
The Digital Education organizational review will support and inform AgriLife’s strategic direction, clarify services offered, and enhance educational outreach to all Texans.
We will communicate often to ensure you are kept abreast of opportunities to provide input throughout the process.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to these important projects.
Respectfully,

Patrick J. Stover, Ph.D.
Vice Chancellor, Texas A&M AgriLife
Dean, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
Director, Texas A&M AgriLife Research
