Colleagues,
The AgriLife Marketing and Communications professional service unit has spent some time over the last few months listening to the needs of you, our customers. A common theme we heard was the need for a streamlined, simplified process to share individualized requests with the team. Today, I’m happy to share several important updates that we hope will create efficiencies and also reduce confusion.
We’ve updated the process to request our team’s services. Please follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Review our collection of on-brand resources and templates.
- Here you will find both print and digital templates (brochures, flyers, certificates, invitations, etc.) that can be used as a starting point to complete your work.
- Soon we will launch an updated photo repository of high-quality images to utilize within these templates. We look forward to sharing additional information on this effort soon.
Step 2: If your need can’t be met through one of the resources above, send your request through our new online form.
- Upon receipt of your form, a member of our strategy team will be in touch to schedule a consultation to gather additional details.
- Project completion times vary widely depending upon the nature of the request and current departmental queue. Providing advance notice of upcoming projects is preferred. As a general rule of thumb, it’s never too early to reach out to begin working with our team.
Finally, we’ve updated our webpages to reflect areas of support and services that are provided by the Marketing and Communications team. Here you can also access our brand guidelines, logo downloads, our approach to excellence in customer service, and more.
If you have specific questions, or want to talk through a project before submitting a request, you are encouraged to contact your unit’s marketing strategy coordinator:
