Biography

Dr. Chad Nelson, Instructional Associate Professor at Texas A&M University in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Transitioned to the Department of Agriculture, Leadership, Education, and Communications (ALEC) in fall 2022. With a background in managing non-profit youth camps, he focuses on undergraduate and graduate youth development courses for the department. Dr. Nelson, proud father of two and husband to Mrs. Nelson, previously served as a faculty in physical education and recreation departments before his current role in ALEC.
