Thank you for joining us last week for our first AgriLife Strategic Plan Update. If you were unable to watch live, the recording and slides are now available online.
During the call, we introduced you to the strategic plan Steering Committee, the group that will set future priorities, run the adaptive strategic planning process and gather real-time feedback from each of you.
We also had a chance to hear from the champions of our first five working groups, who discussed their group’s charge and next steps. These champions will host kick-off meetings with their working groups later this month. Please note, members of each working group can be found in the slide deck from the March 11 event.
